Private online gallery, full-resolution files, ready within 24 hours
Your finished Rome photos arrive as a private, password-protected online gallery within 24 hours of your session, ready to browse on any device, download at full resolution, and share with the people you travelled with. No waiting days, no chasing a link, no compressed files squeezed through email.
This guide explains every step of the delivery process: what the gallery looks like, how to download your files, what resolution you receive, how to share photos with family, and what to do if something goes wrong. If you are trying to decide which package is right for you, the photo counts below will help with that too.
You receive your gallery link within 24 hours of your session. That applies to all packages: the Essential (30 photos), the Signature (50 photos), and the Prestige (60 photos). If your session ends at 7 pm, you can reasonably expect the link in your inbox before the same time the following day.
"I edit every image myself and I deliver within 24 hours," Finzi says. "That matters in Rome, where most people are leaving in two or three days. You should have your photos before you board the plane home." The fast turnaround is not a claim, it is built into how every session is structured, from the shoot to the edit.
TipTip: Book with at least one full day before your departure so the gallery arrives while you are still in Rome and can review it on a large screen.
| Package | Price | Duration | Photos | Locations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | €300 | 1 hour | 30 photos | 1 location |
| Signature | €500 | 2 hours | 50 photos | 2 locations |
| Prestige | €800 | 3 hours | 60 photos | 3 locations |
You receive one private link by email. Open it and you see a clean, full-screen gallery displaying every edited image from your session. No account is required to view or download. The gallery is password-protected, meaning only the people you share the link and password with can see your photos.
From inside the gallery you can download individual images or the complete set in one action. Files are delivered at full resolution, sized for large prints, not just screen viewing. The Professional Photographers of America notes in its guide to digital delivery that "web galleries are easier to set up than ever before, and clients usually understand how to use them", which is precisely why this format works well for travellers who open the link from a hotel room or an airport lounge.
TipTip: Download the full set to your phone or laptop before your travel day, that way you have the files locally even without a connection.
Every image is delivered as a high-resolution JPEG. This is the industry-standard format for portrait delivery: fully edited, colour-corrected, and ready to print at large sizes. You are not receiving screen-only previews or watermarked files. What arrives in your gallery is the finished photograph.
High-resolution files support quality prints at substantial sizes, from a framed 30×40 cm on a bedroom wall to a larger canvas. If all you ever do is view them on a phone screen or post to Instagram, that is fine too, the file simply scales down. Having the full-resolution originals means you are never locked out of a higher-quality use later.
TipTip: Store a copy of the originals in a cloud folder, Google Drive, iCloud, or similar, as a backup separate from your phone.
Yes. Forward the link and password to anyone you want. Grandparents, siblings, the friend who planned the trip, they open the same gallery and download whichever images they want. There is no per-person charge and no cap on how many people can access it.
This is one of the practical advantages of a private online gallery over older delivery methods like USB drives or printed contact sheets. One link reaches everyone, wherever they are. If a family member is not confident with technology, the gallery is straightforward enough that opening a link and tapping Download is all they need to do.
TipTip: Share the link via WhatsApp or a family group message, most people can tap a link directly from there without needing to copy it.
The number of delivered photos depends on the package. The Essential session runs one hour at one location and delivers 30 finished photos. The Signature runs two hours across two locations and delivers 50 photos, the most popular choice for couples and families who want variety across Rome. The Prestige runs three hours at three locations and delivers 60 photos. A Proposal session delivers 30 photos, shot with a hidden camera so the moment is completely candid. The Night Session delivers photos too, check current details when you enquire.
More photos does not simply mean more of the same shot. A longer session at more locations means different light conditions, different backgrounds, and more natural variety. Fifty photos from Trastevere and the Colosseum tell a fuller story than thirty from a single spot. Think about what you want to do with the images, one framed print or a full album, before deciding on the package.
TipTip: The Signature is the most popular package, two locations in Rome gives you noticeably more variety in the final gallery.
Every photo in the gallery is individually edited before delivery. Editing covers colour grading, exposure, contrast, and skin tone balancing. The style is clean and modern, the aim is images that look like Rome actually looked, with accurate light rather than heavy filters.
Finzi edits every image personally. That is part of why the style is consistent across a gallery. When you scroll through your photos, the colour and mood hold from the first frame to the last, whether those shots were taken at golden hour at the Spanish Steps or in the shade of a Trastevere alley. There are no outsourced or automated edits in the delivery workflow.
TipTip: If you have a specific style preference, warmer tones, cooler tones, more contrast, mention it at booking and Finzi will keep it in mind during the edit.
Check your spam or junk folder first, gallery delivery emails sometimes land there, especially with certain email providers. If the email is not in spam and 24 hours have passed since your session ended, reply to your original booking confirmation and flag it. A replacement link is sent promptly.
Gallery links do not expire on a short timer. You do not need to download everything within 48 hours or lose access. Take the time you need. If you come back months later and find you cannot access the original link, get in touch, the files are retained and a new link can be sent.
TipTip: Add the confirmation email address to your contacts before the session, it reduces the chance of delivery email going to spam.
A €30 deposit locks your date. It is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free and available at any time, there is no deadline attached to changing your date. If plans shift, contact Finzi directly and a new date is arranged without any additional charge.
Weather in Rome is generally reliable from late spring through early autumn, but conditions change. Heavy storms trigger a free postponement within 48 hours. Light rain is usually worked around rather than postponed, the diffused light it creates can actually produce more interesting results than a flat midday sky.
TipTip: If you are travelling in April to October, book 2-4 weeks ahead, session availability fills faster in peak season.
